Tangy, Southern Style Pulled Pork

Recipe Ingredients for Candida's BBQ pork

1000 g pork tenderloin
1 cup Bullseye BBQ sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp horseradish
3 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp thyme, dried
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp ground mustard
1 tbsp parsely flakes, dried
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp splenda brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Candida's BBQ pork

  1. Combine all dry seasonings in a bowl

  2. Rub on outside of pork tenderloin

  3. Roast pork for 6-8 hours at 250 degrees

  4. Shred pork

  5. Add all wet ingredients to shredded pork

  6. Simmer for 20 minutes to combine all flavors

  7. Serve

  8. Makes 12, 3-4 ounce portions
