add 3/4 cup warm water + vanilla + stevia drop and salt to the mix

1 serving Rice Flakes
1 serving Rice Flakes
1 cup Millet Flour
4 tbsp Coconut Flour
2 oz Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened
4 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
4 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Recipe Directions for candida granola

mix and bake for 45 min. at 150 makes about 8 half cup servings I think...
