Recipe Ingredients for Cancer Busting Muffins With Cracked Wheat

2 cups sprouted wheat
1/2 cup flaxseed
2 tbsp cashews
1 tbsp almonds
1/2 oz brazil nuts
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp honey
1 egg
2 cups soy milk, sweetened
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 cup all purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Cancer Busting Muffins With Cracked Wheat

Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tins with oil spray. In a blender, mix at medium speed all wet ingredients through molasses. Put in a mixer, and add salt, baking soda, and flour. Mix gently until flour is incorporated. Cook for 15 min.
