1 Whole Wheat English Muffin
122 g AllWhites
38 g Canadian Bacon (2 slices)
2 slices, thin (18g) onion
2 slice, thin (30g) tomatoes
1/2 cup pieces (35g) Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Canadian Bacon & Egg Muffin Sandwich

  1. Split the English muffin in 2 and top each half with 1 slice of Canadian bacon, toast

  2. Pour half of the eggs into each well of a microwave egg poacher, cook for 1.5 min.

  3. Top the toasted muffin halves with the veggies first, then egg, then meat
