Recipe Ingredients for Campfire Potatoes

4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
6 T. margarine
1/3 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Campfire Potatoes

  1. Place the potatoes and onion slices on a large piece of heavy-duty foil; dot with margarine.

  2. In a small bowl, combine cheese and Worcestershire sauce; sprinkle over potatoes and onions.

  3. Pour chicken broth over potatoes and onions.

  4. Fold up edges of foil together to make a tent; roll edges down to seal. Roll up other edges to make a packet.

  5. Grill over medium coals for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
