Recipe Ingredients for Camper's Chili

1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
12 ounce canned tomato paste
16 ounces water
2 tbsp chili powder
1 cup uncooked brown rice
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Camper's Chili

Brown the ground turkey and onions in olive oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes up to 3 hours, adding water as needed.
