Vegetarian Stroganoff using Campbell's Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Campbells Vegetarian Stroganoff

1 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, chopped
10 3/4 ounce Campbell'sŪ Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cups Macaroni

Recipe Directions for Campbells Vegetarian Stroganoff

  1. Boil noodles in water until done.

  2. While noodles are cooking, heat the butter in skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook over medium heat until tender.

  3. Add soup and paprika. Heat to a boil. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve over noodles.
