1 1/2 pounds Tender Beef Beef Top Sirloin
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
3 quarts water
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
14 ounces diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups chopped carrots
3 medium potatoes
1 cup celery, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
52 ounces beef stock
2 cups green beans

  1. Peel then cube the potatoes.

  2. Toss meat with flour, salt and pepper

  3. Brown meat in butter.

  4. Add all other ingredients.
