This is really yummy... should be a side dish but I had it for dinner :)

Recipe Ingredients for Campbell'sŪ Swiss Vegetable Casserole

10 3/4 oz Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
16 oz frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, thawed
1/2 cup peas
1 cup Brussels Sprouts
2 4/5 oz French Fried Onions
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for Campbell'sŪ Swiss Vegetable Casserole

  1. Stir soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3 cup onions and 1/4 cup cheese in 2-quart casserole.

  2. Cover casserole.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  4. Remove from oven and stir vegetable mixture.

  5. Top with remaining onions and cheese.

  6. Bake uncovered 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
