1 tbsp canola oil
1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
10 3/4 oz Campbell's Creamy Chicken Verde Soup
1/2 cup water
11 oz Mexicorn, drained
240 grams tortillas, flour, cut into strips
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Campbell's Southwest Tortilla Skillet

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned.

  2. Add soup, water, corn and tortillas. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes, or until hot.

  3. Top with cheese.
