Chicken, rice, vegetable casserole topped with a little cheese--prepared a'la Campbell's label recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Campbell's Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

10 3/4 oz Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
1 1/3 cup water
3/4 cup Brown Rice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Campbell's Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

  1. Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, pepper, and veggies in 11x8 inch shallow baking dish.

  2. Top with the chicken, seasoned as desired. COVER.

  3. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes or till chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Top with cheese and let stand for 10 minutes. Stir rice before serving.
