Recipe Ingredients for Camp Amigo Traditional Baked Oatmeal

1 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. Baking powder
6 cup quick oats (not instant)
4 eggs
2 cup milk, 2%
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Camp Amigo Traditional Baked Oatmeal

  1. Mix oil, sugar and eggs

  2. Beat on high speed until yellow and glossy

  3. Add remaining ingredients and beat on medium speed until well blended

  4. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan

  5. Bake at 400 for 30-40 min
