Recipe Ingredients for Camille's Homemade Hummus

1 serving Chick Peas
2 tbsp Sesame Tahini Organic
0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
2 cloves, raw Garlic
4 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Camille's Homemade Hummus

Drain chick peas, saving about 1/4 c. of liquid. Rinse chick peas and place in a food processor. Add 2 Tbsp. Tahini, juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp. dried cumin, 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Pulse until thick -- add olive oil slowly and continue pulsing. Add liquid from chick peas until right consistency. Adjust seasoning. May add 1 tsp. honey to sweeten it a bit (not included in nutritional analysis.
