Recipe Ingredients for Camille's Chili n Rice - basic

1/2 cup chili beans
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1/8 cup carrots, sliced
1/8 cup onion, sliced
1/4 cup rice, long grain, uncooked
1 tsp chili seasoning mix

Recipe Directions for Camille's Chili n Rice - basic

Cook rice as directed. While rice is cooking, cut carrots and onion and cook in small amount of water until semi-tender. Add tomatoes, chili beans, and chili seasoning. Simmer 20 mins. Serve over cooked rice.
