Recipe Ingredients for calzoni pugliesi filling

1/4 lb turkey italian sausage
5 mushrooms, sliced
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 c bell peppers, sliced
1/4 c onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c mozzarella
1/4 c parmesan
2 t olive oil

Recipe Directions for calzoni pugliesi filling

  1. Heat olive out in pan. Add sausage and brown slightly. Add garlic, onions, and bellp peppers and cook 3 min. Add mushrooms and spinach and cook til softened.

  2. Fill calzoni and bake 450-500 for 10-20 min.
