Recipe Ingredients for Calzones

16 oz Hot Roll Specialty Mix
1 lb italian sausage
128 g Slices Turkey Pepperoni
6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz pepperjack cheese

Recipe Directions for Calzones

Brown italian sausage in a pan. Mix dough according to package instructions, roll out into four circles. Top with mozzarella, sausage, pepperjack, and pepperoni. Fold over and seal edges. Brush tops with garlic olive oil and oregano. Bake 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
