Calzones using pre-made pizza dough

Recipe Ingredients for Calzones

1 lb pizza dough
1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded spinach
1 cup sliced mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Calzones

  1. Divide dough into six sections. Roll each into a 6-inch circle.

  2. Combine ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and spinach.

  3. Divide cheese mixture and mushrooms among the six dough circles, folding over and pinching the sides together to form the calzone.

  4. Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes.

  5. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce.
