Recipe Ingredients for Calzone Dough (AR), modified

1 1/3 cups water
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups bread flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

Recipe Directions for Calzone Dough (AR), modified

  1. Put wet ingredients into the bread machine.

  2. Put dry ingredients into the bread machine, yeast last.

  3. Turn bread machine on, using dough cycle.

  4. Roll into 6 circles and fill.

  5. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

  6. Bake at 500F for 20-30 minutes.
