Alternatives to Creamer In Your Coffee

Although the plus side of creamer is that it is non-dairy, for those of us who can tolerate dairy can turn to milk as an alternative for flavor. Adding a tablespoon or two of skim milk to a cup of Joe provides less calories than creamer does, and is a great way to avoid all those preservatives. Another option is soy milk or other type of milk like almond milk. These already have a different flavor that will transfer over to your coffee. Of course, drinking coffee black is always an option too!
