Recipe Ingredients for Californian salad

4 lettuce leaves
50 g spinach leaves
1/2 carrot, grated
40 g cucumber, chopped
10 g raisins
10 g walnuts
1 tsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp sesame seeds,
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp honey
10 g orange juice
1 black pepper

Recipe Directions for Californian salad

  1. shake liquid ingredients together to make dressing

  2. mix all veg together and pour over dressing
