Recipe Ingredients for Californian grilled fish

1 Fillet Plaice
0.5 large Egg, Whole
3 oz Olive Oil
0.5 clove Garlic
3 wedge yields Lime Juice
0.5 tbsp Capers
0.5 serving Cornichons
0.5 oz Coriander
0.5 tsp Mustard Powder
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 dash Pepper, Black
1 fruit (2" dia) Limes
1.5 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
1 oz Breadcrumbs
1 oz Coriander
1/4 tsp Cayenne
5 grams Butter

Recipe Directions for Californian grilled fish

Wipe fish dry and plaice in grill pan; season and smear tartare sauce all over; mix breadcrumbs, cheese, coriander, cayenne and lime zest in a bowl and sprinkle over fish; grill for 10-15 mins.
