California turkey panini - one half sandwich

Recipe Ingredients for California Turkey Panini

1 slice sourdough bread
1 serving Swiss cheese
1/2 serving smoked turkey
1/8 med avocado
1 serving bacon (2 slices of ready-to-eat)

Recipe Directions for California Turkey Panini

  1. Slice bread in half. Assemble ingredients on bread.

  2. Grill on panini grill or in pan with no-calorie or low-calorie butter or herb spray for flavor and to keep from sticking. Cook in panini grill until cheese is melted. If using a pan, turn over when bread turns a golden brown and cook until cheese is melted.

  3. Put on a plate and cut in half diagonally. I suggest serving with a small side salad or some fresh fruit.
