1 slice whole wheat bread
1 tsp mayo
1/2 avocado
2 slices tomato
30 g muenster cheese, sliced
1 tsp sunflower seeds
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts

Recipe Directions for california sandwich

  1. toast bread, spread with mayo

  2. cover with sliced avocado and then tomato

  3. top with muenster cheese.

  4. Place under broiler for 3 minutes to melt cheese.

  5. sprinkle with seeds and cover with sprouts
