A nice lunch or dinner to satisfy the crunchy pizza craving without all the calories.

Recipe Ingredients for California Pizza's

1 small onion, diced
1/2 large green pepper, diced
1/2 tomato, diced
4 10" flour tortillas
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tbsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for California Pizza's

  1. Preheat over 400 degrees.

  2. In medium skillet saute the tomato, green pepper, and onion in any non stick spray until slightly tender. Salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Coat each tortilla with about 1/4 tbsp of canola oil.

  4. Sprinkle each generously with oregano.

  5. Spoon and spread vegetable mixture evenly over flour tortillas.

  6. Top with cheese.

  7. Bake in oven for about 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of tortillas are crispy golden brown.
