3/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
2 eggs
1/3 cup catsup
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp basil
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup oats
2 tbsp flax seed meal
