0.5 cup, sliced Avocados
1 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving smoked gouda dutch garden

Brown chicken breasts (4), top with tomato and cheese, bake on 350 until cheese is melted, place avocado on top and serve
