Recipe Ingredients for California Breakfast Burrito

4 flour tortillas
1/2 tbl olive oil
1/2 c tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 c cheddar cheese
8 eggs
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbl cilantro
1/4 c salsa
4 oz green chilies

Recipe Directions for California Breakfast Burrito

  1. Heat tortillas in a 325 oven, wrapped in foil

  2. In skillet heat oil add onions, chilies, tomato, salt and pepper, saute, spinkle with cheese and push to the side.

  3. Add eggs and pepper, cook 1 - 2 minutes, stirring with spatula. Stir in vegetables, divide among tortilla and sprinkle with cilantro, and salsa.
