Recipe Ingredients for California blend chicken soup

4 oz brocolli
4 oz cauliflower
4 oz carrots
20 oz cream of chicken soup
24 oz chicken stock
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup skim milk
16 oz chicken breast

Recipe Directions for California blend chicken soup

  1. Bring vegetables and chicken stock to boil. Immediately add cream of chicken soup and milk and lower heat to medium. Do not boil after adding milk.

  2. In a skillet, saute onion, garlic, and chicken. Add to soup along with cheese.

  3. Simmer on low heat.
