19 oz Progresso Cannellini White Kidney Beans
15 oz Black Beans, Organic
15 oz Pinto Beans, Organic
32 fl. oz Imagine Natural Creations Organic Free Range Chicken Broth (low sodium)
16 oz Harvestland Frozen Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 oz Onion
1 serving Penzeys Chipolte seasoning
1 serving Penzeys Forward Seasoning
1 serving Penzeys Granulted Garlic Powder
3 tsp Italian Seasoning
4 oz Great Value Chopped Green Chiles
1 serving Spice Trend ground cumin
1 serving Spice Trend crushed red pepper

Recipe Directions for *~Calico Chicken Chili~*

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes (hint: chicken is easier to cut when partially frozen) and place chicken in sauce pan, cover with water and simmer on medium heat until chicken is Spice Trend cooked through. Drain cooking water and place cooked chicken into slow cooker.

  2. 15 oz can Eden Organic Black Beans, drain and rinsed

  3. 15 oz can Eden Organic Pinto Beans, drain and rinsed

  4. 19 oz can Progresso Cannellini white kidney beans, drain and rinsed

  5. 32oz box Imagine Organic free range chicken broth (low sodium)-(found in the organic section of grocery store)

  6. 1/4 tsp Penzeys Chipotle seasoning

  7. 1/4 cup (2oz) Tones chopped/minced onion

  8. 1~4oz can Great Value chopped green chiles

  9. 1 1/2 tsp Penzeys granulated garlic powder

  10. 1 tsp Penzeys Forward Seasoning

  11. 1/2 tsp Spice Trend ground cumin

  12. 3 tsp Tones Italian Seasoning

  13. 1/8 tsp Spice Trend ground red pepper

  14. You may choose to add additional chicken stock if you prefer a looser chili.

  15. Slow cooker set at medium to medium high heat for 4-5 hours; stir a couple of times during cooking process. Test beans for doneness.

  16. Optional: garnish with shredded Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack cheese. (Please note cheese not included in nutritional facts)
