Recipe Ingredients for Calfornia Muffins

1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
0.5 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.25 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.5 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
0.5 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Calfornia Muffins

In blender or food processor, combine first 5 ingredients. Process until orange is chopped up. Add above wet mixture to this dry mixture of flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt. combine well. Fill miffin tines and bake at 375 dgrees Farenheit for 12-15 min. Make 12-16
