1/2 lb ground pork
2 eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
28 1/4cup Organic Coconut Flour [126962] serving
1/4 cup cilantro
4 serving Chipotles In Adobo Sauce Peppers
1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
3 cup onions
1 1/4 cup celery
2 cup carrots
28 oz Tomatoes Stewed
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
4 quarts water
2 tbsp beef bouillon
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp cumin
2 fruit+2"+dia limes

Recipe Directions for Caldo de Albondigas

  1. Make the Meatballs: Combine beef, pork, eggs, coconut flour, 1/2 cup minced onions, 1/2 cup celery, and 1/4 cup cilantro

  2. Heat water to a boil, add tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion and all other ingredients

  3. Garnish with lime wedges
