A nice fruity calcium hit for those of us who find it hard to keep up our daily intake. I use calcium enriched soy milk and fat free, tub set, vegetarian (no gelatine) organic yoghurt.

Recipe Ingredients for Calcium hit breakfast smoothy

1 cup soy milk
1 cup yoghurt
1 cup raspberries
1 cup banana, sliced
2 tbsp slivered almonds

  1. Add all ingrediants to a blender.

  2. Mix together and enjoy!
