24 ounces yellow squash
4 ounces white onion
4 ounces diced tomato
2 ounces diced green chile
8 ounces corn
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for calabasitas

cut squash, dice onion, used canned diced toms w/ green chile and frozen corn. sauteed with olive oil and then baked in oven till bubbly.
