Recipe Ingredients for Cajun Wild Rice

1 cup uncooked wild rice
14 ounce chicken broth
1/4 cup water
1/2 pound andouille sausage, diced
1/2 cup sweet onion, diced
1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup, condensed, (10.75 ounce)

Recipe Directions for Cajun Wild Rice

In a saucepan, combine the wild rice, chicken broth, water, sausage, onion, mushrooms and garlic. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, or until rice is tender. Remove from the heat, and stir in the cream of mushroom soup. It's that easy!
