Recipe Ingredients for Cajun Turkey Sausage Stir-Fry

7 oz Butterball Smoked Turkey Sausage
1 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 medium Squash, Summer, All Varieties
0.5 medium White Onion
1 serving Green Onion
1 clove Garlic
3 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Cajun Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Cajun Turkey Sausage Stir-Fry

  1. Slice turkey sausage and vegetables. The thinner they are sliced the faster it cooks.

  2. Chop green and white onions and garlic.

  3. In pan with about 3 tsps of olive oil add everything but the garlic and seasoning and stir for about 10 minutes. Be sure not to cook for too long as the veggies will get soggy.

  4. About 5 minutes in add garlic.

  5. When done add the seasoning and stir.
