Fast and Easylow-sodium Swordfish

Recipe Ingredients for Cajun Swordfish

1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp paprika
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch black pepper
16 oz swordfish steak
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cajun Swordfish

  1. Mix all spices together in bowl. Wash and dry the fix. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over one side of the fish and let sit 10 minutes.

  2. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan and reduce the heat to medium. Add the fish, seasoned side down, and cook 5 minutes. turn the fish over and continue cooking about 3 more minutes until cooked through.
