Shrimp, okra and veggies with cajun spice

Recipe Ingredients for Cajun Shrimp and Okra

18 large Shrimp, Mixed Species
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 cup Whole Grain Brown
2 cup Kidney Beans Dark Red
6 cloves Garlic
2 cup slices Okra
3 1tsp Olive Oil
3 tsp Cajun Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Cajun Shrimp and Okra

Sautee celery, pepper, onion and garlic in the oil. Add the beans and okra then seasoning. Finally add the shrimp. Spoon over cooker rice
