Andouille sausage, onions and bell peppers in a diced tomatoes and green chiles sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Cajun sausage and vegetable

3 oz andouille sausage , chopped
14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup dry rice
3 cloves garlic, chopped

Recipe Directions for Cajun sausage and vegetable

In large skillet or wok, saute onions and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add pre-cooked Aidelle's sausage and heat through. Add Trader Joe's canned diced tomatoes with green chiles and the sliced bell pepper (frozen okay to use) stirring until heated through. Serve over rice.
