1 Vidalia onion, quartered
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

Recipe Directions for Cajun Roasted New Potatoes & Onion

In a bowl or large ziploc bag, combine all ingredients; toss to coat. Transfer to a foil-lined 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned.
