Recipe Ingredients for Cajun Pork Chops with Carrots and Brussels Sprouts

80 ounces boneless pork chops (8 medium-sized chops)
2 onions
1 c Brussels Sprouts
1 apple
4 cloves garlic
1 1/2 c carrots
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper
1 tbs butter
1 tbs Cajun Seasoning
1/8 c unbleached flour
4 ounces dry white wine

Recipe Directions for Cajun Pork Chops with Carrots and Brussels Sprouts

  1. 1 hour before cooking, rub chops with cajun spices

  2. Core the apple

  3. Chop onion and garlic

  4. Chop carrots or use baby carrots

  5. Place chops in deep 9 x 13 baking dish

  6. Cover with veggies and apple

  7. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes

  8. Turn oven to 400 and bake for 10 minutes

  9. When done, Remove veggies onto cookie sheet and broil for 7 mins

  10. Place chops on platter

  11. Add wine and butter to the pan liquid and heat on stovetop

  12. Sift in flour slowly to thicken

  13. Spoon a little on each chop and serve
