Using 2 tenderloins, total weight about 21/2 pounds. Or 8 chops 4-5 ounces each

Recipe Ingredients for cajun orange pork

40 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
1 cup Orange Juice
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
3 cloves, raw Garlic
2 tsp Golden Dipt Seafood Seasoning
4 tbsp Sweet Orange Marmalade

Recipe Directions for cajun orange pork

combine all ingredients, place 2/3 of a cup of marinade in plastic bag with pork loin and marinate for at least 8 hours. take reserved marinade and cook in small sauce pan. Bring to boil then simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened. keep warm. Grill the tenderloin to desired doneness at least 145 degrees. let rest for 5 minutes brush with sauce, slice and serve.
