Zesty Cajun Lime Shrimp Kebabs with fresh vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Cajun Lime Shrimp Kebabs

8 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
2.5 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 lime yields Lime Juice
10 oz Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
4.6 oz Onions
2 oz Peppers, Sweet, Green
4 tsp Essence

Recipe Directions for Cajun Lime Shrimp Kebabs

  1. MArinate the shrimp in a mixture of 1.5 tsp oil, lime juice and cajun spices tossed in a plastic bag.

  2. Marinate the chopped vegetables in a tsp of oil and a few dashes of chili powder tossed in a plastic bag. Leave both in fridge for 20-30 minutes.

  3. Places vegetables on skewers and shrimp on seperate skewers. Grill vegetables until tender. Grill shrimp until no longer transluscent, about 2 minutes each side.
