Recipe Ingredients for Cajun Falafel Ensalada

15 oz Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 clove Garlic
1 serving Cayenne Pepper
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/2 cup, shredded Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 tbsp Sauce/Dip

Recipe Directions for Cajun Falafel Ensalada

Blend chickpeas, garlic, soy sauce, cayenne pepper, flour, cilantro, and other seasonings to taste in food processor. Then roll into 4 balls (or smaller) and bake in over for 15 minutes flipping once. Place over salad and toss with tahini or other favorite light dressing
