Recipe Ingredients for Cajun Corn Saute

2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
0.75 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 clove Garlic
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Okra
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp Chicken Base
1 tbsp Parsley
0.5 tsp Light Salt Mixture
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Cajun Corn Saute

Cut corn from cobs. Heat oil in a nonstick skiller over medium heat. Add onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic; cook, stirring, until the vegetables soften and begin to brown, 5 to 7 minuts. Add tomato, okra, Cajun seasoning and the corn; cook, stirr9ng frequently, for 10 minutes. Add broth. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tencer, about 10 minutes more. Stir in parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
