Yummy cajun chicken and shrimp pasta

Recipe Ingredients for Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta

12 ounces angel hair pasta
1 pound large shrimp
8 ounces chicken breast
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup fat-free half and half
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup 2% milk
1 green bell pepper
1/2 red bell pepper
1 teaspoon basil
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to directions

  2. In skillet, brown chicken in 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through.

  3. Add vegetables and cook until tender.

  4. Add milk, half and half, white wine, and seasonings (adjust to taste).

  5. In separate skillet, cook shrimp in olive oil just until pink (2-3 minutes).

  6. Mix all and serve.
