A great taste from the south, a cajun pasta that is quick and delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Cajun Chicken Pasta

2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
5 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
6 oz Linguine
2 1tsp Olive Oil
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
6 oz Alfredo Sauce
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese
3 tsp Cajun Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Cajun Chicken Pasta

  1. 1. In a 12" sauté pan add olive oil, finely diced roma tomatoes and cook over medium high heat for one minute.

  2. 2. Then add Alfredo sauce, Cajun seasoning, pre cooked chicken tenderloin and half of the parmesan cheese. Cook all ingredients to a low simmer.

  3. 3. Pour pre-cooked pasta on top of sauce and mix together.

  4. 4. Pour chicken pasta into a serving bowl. Top with remaining parmesan cheese and green onions.
