Recipe Ingredients for Cajun Chicken Pasta

1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
16 oz alfredo sauce
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes (with onion, celery, & bell peppers)
14 oz reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 medium bell pepper
4 tsp cajun seasoning
1 lb bow tie pasta
1 green onions
10 mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Cajun Chicken Pasta

  1. Dice up chicken, slice bell pepper, chop green onions

  2. In the crock-pot, stir in chicken, pasta sauce, undrained tomatoes, chicken broth, bell pepper, sliced mushroom & cajun seasoning.

  3. Cover & cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours

  4. in large pot of salted, boiling water, cook pasta for 9 to 10 minutes or until dente. Drain & serve chicken mixture over pasta

  5. Sprinkler with green onion (optional)
