Recipe Ingredients for Cafe Rio Pork Tacos

5 1/2 lbs Pork Tenderloine
14 oz. El Pato Brand Tomato Sauce
55 oz. tomato sauce
4 cups brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Cafe Rio Pork Tacos

  1. Cook pork tenderloine in crock pot until meat shreds easily, or falls off the bone. Remove all fat and liquid.

  2. Shred meat and place back in crock pot. Add Tomato Sauce and brown sugar. Resume cooking until heated through and flavors are well blended. ( About 30-45 minutes.)

  3. Serve on raw (cooked) flour tortillas, with rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoe, sour cream, avocado, olives...
