3 lb Pork, Fresh, Loin
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp dried minced onion
1 1/2 cups Enchilada sauce

Recipe Directions for Cafe Rio Pork Barbacoa

Cook all the ingredients in a crock-pot for approximately 4 hours on high. Shred pork. Combine enchilada sauce and 1/2 cup brown sugar and pour over top.
