Recipe Ingredients for Cafe Rio Black Beans

4 cloves garlic
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tbsp olive oil
30 ounces black beans (rinsed and drained)
1/3 cup tomato juice or salsa
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp (fresh chopped) cilantro

Recipe Directions for Cafe Rio Black Beans

In a nonstick skillet cook garlic and cumin in olive oil over medium heat until you smell it. Add beans, tomato juice and salt. Continually stir until heated through. Just before serving, stir in cilantro.
